Luke, a born-and-bred Mackay local, built his career in the maintenance and agriculture industries through hard work, grit, and a drive to lift standards across the trade. His passion runs deeper than just getting the job done—it’s about raising the bar for professionalism, quality, and integrity on every site.
The idea for Boremetrics came to life while working from a service truck in the remote deserts of Western Australia. Surrounded by dust, tools, and the daily challenges of the job, Luke saw an opportunity to create something better—a business grounded in high standards, hands-on effort, and a straight-up approach to getting things done right.
Today, he leads by example, pushing for a culture where tradespeople take pride in their work, back themselves, and deliver with precision. For Luke, it’s not just about maintenance—it’s about building something solid for the next generation of skilled workers.
