Luke is a Mackay local who built his career in maintenance and agriculture through hard work and a commitment to lifting standards across the trade. He is focused on raising professionalism, quality and integrity on every site, not just completing the task at hand.
Boremetrics was formed while Luke was working out of a service truck in remote Western Australia. In tough conditions, managing tools, breakdowns and long days, he saw the gap in the market for a business built on higher standards, practical experience and a straight up approach to delivering the job properly.
Today, Luke leads from the front. He drives a culture where tradespeople take pride in their work, stand by their capability and deliver with accuracy. For him, it is about more than maintenance. It is about building a solid business that creates opportunity and sets the benchmark for the next generation of skilled workers.
